Paul & Beth (not their real names)

Paul and Beth, with their two sons, are working amongst Shi'a Muslims and Palestinians in the Middle East. After an initial trial period in 2006, they returned in September 2007 indefinitely. Paul has set up an NGO office that is offering micro-finance and micro-economic development training modules as well as doing 'ad hoc' relief projects in the community. He is also involved in discipling several guys who are Mus-background followers of Jesus. Beth is mainly looking after their two boys but also forming significant relationships with some of the women in the area. Both are part-time Arabic students and part of a wider church-planting team of like-minded fellow-workers. Paul and Beth are very involved encouraging and pioneering 'Strategic Prayer' initiatives in their country and region.
